Coconut water has helped me and my leg problem. Maybe it is the fact that I am getting older and do not naturally have good recovery anymore that my leg pains got more severe.

Coconut water has a high content of potassium.

I can definitely feel the difference between not being hydrated and drinking this pure greatness. Everytime my leg hurts, it is an automatic that my mind says to drink Coconut Water, because it always relaxes muscles.

It is low on sugar in comparison to Gatorade and other drinks of such nature, which is super important because we are constantly bombarded with sugar. Sugar consumption to the extreme brings us closer to the obese state, which makes it harder to walk or even function.
