For 4 Servings, you will need 14 ingredients:

4 whole boneless skinless chicken breast.
0.25 cup olive oil.
2 tablespoon lemon juice.
2 teaspoon ground cumin.
2 teaspoon ground coriander.
2 teaspoon paprika.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon salt.
0.5 teaspoon black pepper.
0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt.
0.5 cup cucumber grated.
1 clove garlic minced.
2 tablespoon fresh mint chopped.
2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped.

There are 5 steps and should take roughly 25 minutes to prepare:

1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag and cover with marinade. Seal the bag and massage the chicken to coat it with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 4 hours.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remainder. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes each side, or until well done.
4. Make the cucumber yogurt sauce while the chicken is cooking. Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, mint, and parsley in a medium mixing basin. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
5. Serve the grilled chicken with a side of cucumber yogurt sauce.
