Care For Your Health.

Don’t you get those moments in life where you forget to take care of your health? I sure do. That is my biggest weakness. Having a structure of working out and eating right can help you progress in your profession. It does not, sadly, automatically make things work your way. There can be many obstacles that are tough to push through from. But, at least, you are doing what you can to be more energetic and cheerful, like an old you. While working out and eating right is not the only thing in life, it can be a good start for people dealing with problems.

Once you dedicate yourself, slowly, to a subject, you can get out of sadness. My way of dealing with sadness has been to try something new. It has always gotten me out of problems. But this time, I am attacking an old interest of mine: exercise. I have let myself go health-wise. Many reasons can be attributed to this, but my mood is the top reason. I am doing something about it and not letting shifts in moods based on others dictate what and when I have to do this. I am an empath, the one who feels other people’s pains, feelings, and moods. This wonderful quality and ability can be detrimental if not blocked at certain times. Fatigue and sadness become your qualities, when your inner personality is quite the opposite.

Favorite Exercise.

My favorite exercise at the gym is the treadmill. I like to walk in general, but by doing it on the treadmill, you get to have the same rhythm and pulse. So no matter how sad you might feel, if you stop at any certain time, you are certain to fall flat on your face. I do not want to fall flat on my face and so the sadness slowly dissipates to nothing. At 2 weeks time, I am already up to 1 hour a day. For the most part, I walk 1 hour straight through in the morning. I am up to 10.2 incline and 2.2 speed. The inclines will be going much higher, while the speed I will pace myself. Am not much of a runner, unless I want to get the soccer ball from someone or steal a puck from a defender in hockey, or play tennis with a loved one.

Swimming is another activity I have doing quite regularly. It is my favorite activity beyond sports. I take my time and calmly swim several laps. Nothing in life is worth to ruin your health for. So, I just enjoy the water and let it flow. Breathing is super important at this moment. You do not want to hurt your heart keeping the air inside too long. Always try to keep that in mind, and when you will have enough progress in this field, you will not have to even think about it anymore.

Food.

Another part of health vital for your future is food. When I am stressed, I do not eat. As slowly things get back to normal, I usually start creating things. The prior time of real stress, I wrapped Shrimp and Avocado inside a Prosciutto. This was super tasty and healthy. At this moment, I cut an avocado in half and put Dizengoff hummus inside of it and made a “sandwich” out of it. Darn, it tasted so good. My taste buds woke up, and I was humming to the universe out loud. Drink-wise, I have been consuming a lot of Evian Water, Harmless Harvest Coconut Water, and Green Tea from First Bake.

Be the best person you can be. Strive to help everyone. We are all equal and precious. To be able to bring beauty to the world, be the Champion of your health.
